I am very pleased with the selection of products and customer service. Svenja Chapman has been very accommodating and kept me informed and updated my order. In my personal opinion, she would deserve a promotion.

Indeed, excellent online experience. Living in Florida I was very concerned about heat exposure during shipping so I ordered a cooling pack for the shipment. I have to say the items (Domino Steine, Marzipan, Hanuta, Schokolade, etc.) came in EXCELLENT condition - fresher and better than I can buy them in US stores - if I can buy them at all.
5-star experience ! Great job !
Downside: I'll pour some money into getting my German food cravings satisfied ... 31 years gone and still the same cravings :-)

Der beste online Laden ! Wie immer , einfach Klasse . Die Auswahl ist ausgezeichnet und die Lieferzeit ist oft kuerzer als hier im Land ! Ich freue mich , dass es diesen Laden gibt .

I ordered about 10 days ago and my shipment was here yesterday. Ich werde auch weiterhin bei euch bestellen, einfach super ein wenig Heimat nach Amerika zu bringen, vielen Dank! Die Sachen waren super eingepackt und nichts war kaput.

after at least a handful of orders over a couple of years I am pleased to see today that i can leave some feedback. Customer service is top notch! and the shipping with fedex is fabulous!
