Diamant Instant Flour Type 405

The Diamant instant flour type 405 is especially loose and pourable due to a special grinding process. Only selected varieties of wheat are being used for this flour. It is ideally suited for thickening soups and sauces, but also for liquid batters such as pancake, waffle and biscuit batters. Without clotting it can be easily stirred in liquids while cooking and baking.
