YOU NEED: Springform Pan; Parchment Paper; 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream; 3 eggs
PREPARATION: preheat oven to 320F and adjust baking rack to the lower third position; lightly grease the Springform Pan and line the pan bottom with parchment paper
FOR THE CAKE: In a medium size bowl combine the cake mix (Backmischung), eggs and heavy cream and beat on low until well combined; continue beating on high for a minutes, using a handheld mixer with the beater attachments; pour batter into the prepared Springform Pan and even out with a spatula or the back of a spoon; use half of the included decorative sugar to dust the cake batter; bake for approximately 50-55 minutes or until a center placed toothpick comes out clean; immediately remove Springform Pan from oven and place on a cooling rack; when cooled completely flip the cake onto a serving platter and remove the parchment paper that was used as a baking liner; sprinkle with remaining decorative sugar before serving
