Seitenbacher baking malt is often used as an additive in breads, buns and yeast dough to achieve the best possible, crispy result. Recommended dosage is about 30-60g (2-4 Tbsp) of baking malt per 1kg (2.20 lbs) of flour. Important: Always mix the baking malt with the dry ingredients first, otherwise it will clump together.
