This tasty gelatin glaze is perfect for strawberry season. Strawberry short cakes and strawberry tarts have never been better or easier to prepare.
Preparation: Combine 1 cup of water with one pouch of glaze, add 3 tbsp of sugar and bring to a boil while continuously whisking with a wire whisk. Spoon the hot mixture over your fruit tarts and let cool to room temperature.
Store in a cool and dry place.
