Simply add fruit juice or water to create this fantastic gelatin glaze. The ruby red color looks particularly appealing, it is very easy to prepare and works well for all sorts of fruit tarts.
Preparation: Combine 1 cup of water with one pouch of glaze, add 2 tbsp of sugar and bring to a boil while continuously whisking with a wire whisk. Spoon the hot mixture over your fruit tarts and let cool to room temperature.
Store in a cool and dry place.
