Simply add fruit juice or water to create this fantastic gelatin glaze. It is very easy to prepare and works well for all sorts of fruit tarts.
Preparation: Combine 1 cup of water with one pouch of glaze, add 2 tbsp of sugar and bring to a boil while continuously whisking with a wire whisk. Spoon the hot mixture over your fruit tarts and let cool to room temperature.
Store in a cool and dry place.
