Dr. Oetker Gelfix Super 3:1, 2-Pack

With Dr. Oetker Gelfix Super 3:1 your jams, preserves and jellies will be super fruity.

Preparation:

1. Thinly slice prepared fruit or reduce the fruit by mashing and measure out the corresponding amount of fruit and/or fruit juice.
2. Put the fruit/fruit juice into a pot. Mix the sugar with Gelfix Super and then carefully mix with the fruit. Fold under and bring to a boil while cooking at high. Continuously stir for at least 3 minutes while bubbling.
3. When necessary skim the fruit mass and fill the skimmed mass into already prepared jars up to the top. Close using a twist-top lid. Turn the jar over onto its lid and let it stand for approx. 5 minutes.
