Dr. Oetker Paradise Cream, Stracciatella

The Dr. Oetker paradise cream stracciatella (literally translated in chocolate chips) is unmistakably light and airy. Simply add chilled milk, whisk for three minutes and serve. The ideal dessert for your entire family.

Basic Instructions: You add: 1 & 1/4 cups of chilled milk

1. In a medium size bowl combine milk and cream powder. Whisk on low until blended, using a handheld mixer with the beater attachments.
2. Continue beating on high for approximately 3 minutes.
3. Fill cream into dessert bowls and serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for freshness.

Store dry and protect from heat.
