This fine dark chocolate mousse is characterized by a particularly high cocoa content. Enjoy this extraordinary airy and exquisite dessert mousse for any occasion.

Basic Instructions: 1 cup cold milk (for extra creamy results use 3/4 cups milk and 1/4 cups + 2 tbs heavy whipping cream).

  1. In a medium bowl combine the dessert powder with the liquid ingredients and whisk on low until incorporated, using a handheld mixer with the beater attachments; continue beating on high for approximately 3 minutes.
  2. Fill mousse in dessert bowls and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Store dry and protect from heat.
