Pfanni Potato Dumplings Half & Half, 12 pieces

Have you ever wondered why these dumplings are called half & half? Well, that's because of the balanced mixture of raw and cooked potatoes. A true classic!

Preparation:

1. Place desired amount of dumplings into a pot and cover with cold water, add salt to taste.
2. Bring to a rolling boil and immediately reduce heat to a simmer for 15 minutes.
3. Remove cooked dumplings and briefly blanche them in cold water
4. Remove plastic packaging and serve

Each package contains 12 individually wrapped portions.
