Pfanni Mashed Potatoes, Especially Loose

These extra fluffy mashed potatoes are a true delight for all connoisseurs

Preparation:

1. In a medium sauce pan bring 1 & 1/4 cups of water and 1Tbs of butter to a boil
2. Remove pot from burner and add 3/4 cup of cold milk
3. Pour the contents of 1 portion package into the liquid and whisk with a wire whisk until incorporated
4. Let the mashed potatoes rest for 1-2 minutes before serving
