Pfanni Dough for Dumplings with Raw Potatoes

The power package of potato dumpling doughs. This package will allow you to make 12 delicious and home made potato dumplings from raw potatoes. Just like grandma used to make them.

Preparation:

1. Combine the content of this package with 3 - 3 1/2 cups of cold water and whisk with a wire whisk until dough is smooth, allow dough to rest for 10 minutes
2. Divide dough into 12 equal sizes and form into tennis ball shaped dumplings .
3. Bring salted water to a boil in a large stock pot, add dumplings and reduce heat to a simmer.
4. Let simmer for 20 minutes and serve
