Pfanni Crispy Hash Browns

This wonderful Swiss invention should not be missing in any traditional European kitchen. Crunchy Hash Browns are the ideal and quick solution for a hearty lunch or dinner. Perfect with creamed gravy as well as with powdered sugar or apple sauce for the little ones.

Preparation:

1. Tear open the package and loosen the contents of the bag by slightly kneading
2. Heat 1 Tbs of oil in a non stick skillet and pour hash brown mix in skillet, trying to even the mixture as good as possible
3. Cook over medium heat to golden brown perfection, flipping the hash brown mix after approximately 3 minutes
4. Hash Brown should be fully cooked in 5-6 minutes total
