Maggi Fix for Cheese Spaetzle

Deliciously cheesy ©GermanShop24.comspaetzle egg noodles are a true classic. Kick up the flavor by adding roasted onions and parsley to your dish.

You need fresh:

• 8.82 oz uncooked spaetzle noodles
• 3.53 oz grated cheese

Preparation:

1. Heat 3 1/8 cups of water in a medium sauce pan. Stir in the content of this package and bring to a boil. Add uncooked spaetzle noodles and cook on low heat for about 20 minutes (without lid) until the liquid is reduced and creamy. Stirring occasionally.
2. Sprinkle with cheese and allow to melt before serving.
3. Tip: Best serve with a mixed salad.

Servings: 3 servings
