Knorr Fix for Noodle-Broccoli Gratin

Fresh vegetables out of the oven: Broccoli, pasta and onions, gratinated heartily with cheese.

You need fresh:

• 10.6 oz of broccoli (fresh or frozen)
• 4.41 oz of pasta (e.g. Elbows, Rotini, etc.)
• 3.38 fl.oz (or 1/3 cup, 1 tbsp.) of liquid whipping cream
• 1.76 oz of grated cheese (e.g. Swiss cheese)

Preparation:

1. Cook fresh broccoli in boiling water for about 3 minutes and drain. Thaw frozen broccoli. First, place uncooked pasta in a shallow casserole dish, then the broccoli.
2. In a saucepan, stir content of this package in 1 2/3 cup (400 ml) of cold water and (or 1/3 cup, 1 tbsp.) of liquid whipping cream. Bring to a boil while stirring.
3. Pour sauce over pasta and broccoli. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in preheated oven at 392°F (convectional oven at 347°F) for about 30 minutes.
