Knorr Fix for Meatballs Tuscany Style

Delicious meatballs with creamy tomato sauce, aromatic basil and mild mozzarella.

You need fresh:

• 12.3 oz of ground meat (pork, beef or mixed)
• 3.38 fl.oz (1/2 cup) of liquid whipping cream or half & half
• 4.41 oz of mozzarella cheese

Preparation:

1. Season the ground meat with salt and pepper. Form approx. 12 small balls and place in a casserole dish.
2. Stir the content of this package in 1/2 cup of cold water and 1/2 cup of whipping cream or half & half. Pour the sauce evenly over the meatballs.
3. Cut mozzarella cheese into slices and distribute over the meatballs. Bake in a preheated oven at 392°F (convectional oven 347°F) for about 25 minutes.

Tip: Serve with pasta or potatoes.
