Knorr Fix for Lasagna

Italy out of the oven: Delicious Lasagna with tomatoes, onions and typical Italian herbs.

You need fresh:

• 7.05 oz of ground meat (pork, beef or mixed)
• 6 lasagna sheets (without precooking)
• 1/3 to 1/2 of Crème Fraîche (sour cream or similar)
• 1/2 cup of grated cheese

Preparation:

1. Brown the ground meat in some hot oil, Add 1 2/3 cups (400 ml) of cold water and stir in the content of this package. Bring to a boil while stirring and cook for 1 minute.
2. Alternate spreading the seasoned ground meat and lasagna sheets in a casserole dish. Begin and end with the seasoned ground meat sauce.
3. Top with Crème fraîche or sour cream and garnish with grated cheese. Bake in preheated oven at 392°F (convectional oven at 347°F) for about 25-30 minutes.

Tip: For a more intensive taste, use mozzarella and gorgonzola to garnish the lasagna. Lasagna for the whole family: Just double all ingredients and use 2 packs of this seasoning mixture.
