Knorr Fix for Creamy Salmon Gratin

Fish out of the oven! Enjoy delicate salmon fillets in a spicy and creamy sauce made of fresh cream.

You need fresh:

• 8.82 oz of salmon fillets (fresh or frozen)
• 8.45 fl.oz (1 cup) of liquid whipping cream or half & half

Preparation:

1. Put fresh, thawed or frozen salmon fillets into a shallow casserole dish.
2. Stir the content of this package in 8.45 fl.oz (1 cup) of whipping cream or half & half.
3. Pour the sauce over the salmon fillets. Bake in a preheated oven at 392°F (convectional oven at 347°F) for about 25 minutes. Frozen salmon takes a little longer (about 35 minutes).

Tip: Serve with potatoes or rice.
