Basic Instructions:

You need: 7oz of ground meat, 1 can of red beans (kidney beans).

Preparation:

1. Drain beans and rinse if desired. Brown the ground meat in a large skillet, then add 1 1/4 cups of water and stir in the content of this package.
2. Add the beans and stir occasionally until the food is bubbling.
3. Cover and simmer at low heat for approx. 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Tip: Serve with rice or freshly baked french baguette.
