Harmoniously seasoned to taste with leek, carrots and onions, this sauce is ideally suited as a basis for your own sauce creations. Goes very well with pork or beef roasts, goulash, meatloaf or Schnitzel.

1. combine approximately 2Tbs of gravy mix powder with 1 cup of boiling water or roast drippings and blend with a wire whisk
