Baking Instructions for the oven: Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, in a medium bowl combine 1/2 package of bread mix with 1 cup + 3Tbs of luke warm water; beat on low until combined; continue beating on high until the dough comes off of the side of the mixing bowl, using a handheld mixer or stand mixer with the dough hook attachments; cover the bowl with cling wrap and set aside for 30-45 minutes until dough has doubled in size; preheat oven to 445F; remove dough from bowl with lightly floured hands and shape into a loaf of bread and set on prepared cookie sheet; moisten the surface of the bread with a spray mister and store in a warm place for 30-45 minutes or until the volume of the dough has increased significantly (on top of the refrigerator works well); keep the surface of the bread moist by spraying/brushing with water during this time; add 1/2 cup of water to a fireproof ramekin and place in the bottom of the oven as this will give your bread a nice and crisp crust during baking; place bread on center rack of the oven and bake for 10 minutes; decease oven temperature to 360F and continue baking the bread for an additional 20-30 minutes.
