Cream of wheat is selected from sun-ripened wheat varieties of selected fields. Semolina is the large part of the grain kernel, which is obtained after the first grinding process of the wheat grains. A particularly gentle grinding process removes all hard shell residues. Cream of wheat is particularly suitable for the preparation of sweet desserts, pies, baby cereal and cakes.
