Baking mix. Fine sponge mixture, many delicious chocolate bits and juicy cherries. RUF cherry cake with chocolate bits is popular among all ages and tastes to every occasion!
Consisting of 11.8 oz baking mix, 3.53 oz chocolate flakes.
Add to the dough
- 5.29 oz soft butter or margarine
- 3 eggs
- 0.85 fl.oz milk
- 1 jar of cherries (drained weight 12.3 oz)
Preparation:
- Prepare dough: Drain the cherries well. Put the baking mix, margarine, eggs and milk in a mixing bowl and stir with a electric mixer (beater) at the highest level about 3 minutes until creamy. Now add the chocolate flakes and stir in briefly.
- Baking: Gently oil a springform pan (Ø about 10 inches), pour the creamy mixture in and smooth out. Place the cherries on the dough while leaving a 0.4 inches wide margin free. Put the cake in a preheated oven on middle shelf.
- Cool down: After the baking, loosen the cake out of the mold, place on a wire rack to cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Baking time: 60 minutes
- Top and bottom heat: about 347 F.
- Gas: Level 2
- Fan oven: about 302 F.
