The classic among the roast, with a savory sauce of onions, tomatoes, carrots, celery and herbs.
Preparations for 17.6 oz (500g) roast pork (eg, from the haunch):
- Sear the meat in some hot oil all around.
- Add 13.5 fl oz (400 ml) warm water, bring to a boil and stir in the content of the bag.
- While covered, let the meat braise for about one hour at low heat. Turn the meat after half of cooking time. If required, add some water.
- NO flavor enhancing food additives
- NO colors
- NO preserving agents (according to law)
