Medallions matched pepper-creamy, with a unique sauce of paprika, onions and parsley.
Preparation for 15.9 oz (450g) pork filet (or turkey breast filet) and 1.7 fl. oz (50ml) cooking cream (15% fat):
- Cut the meat into 6 pieces (medallions) and fry in a pan with some hot oil. Take out and keep warm.
- Add 6.8 fl. oz cold water and 1.7 fl. oz of cream to the pan. Stir in content of the bag, bring to a boil while stirring and cook 1 minute.
- Give medallions back to the pan and let them heat up in the sauce.

- NO preserving agents (according to law)
