Juicy Schnitzel from the oven in a creamy sauce with fruity bell pepper - refined seasoned.
Preparation for 3 turkey, pork or veal escalope / Schnitzel (each 5.3 oz), 1 red bell pepper and 8.45 fl. oz (250 ml) cooking cream (with 15% fat):
- Put the Schnitzel into a flat casserole dish. Clean the bell pepper, cut into thin slices and spread over the Schnitzel.
- Stir in content of the bag in the cooking cream.
- Pour the sauce over the schnitzel. Bake in a preheated oven at 392° F (fan 347° F) for about 30 minutes.
