Juicy Schnitzel from the oven in a creamy sauce with fruity bell pepper - refined seasoned.

Preparation for 3 turkey, pork or veal escalope / Schnitzel (each 5.3 oz), 1 red bell pepper and 8.45 fl. oz (250 ml) cooking cream (with 15% fat):

Put the Schnitzel into a flat casserole dish. Clean the bell pepper, cut into thin slices and spread over the Schnitzel.
Stir in content of the bag in the cooking cream.
Pour the sauce over the schnitzel. Bake in a preheated oven at 392° F (fan 347° F) for about 30 minutes.
