Savory meatballs with creamy tomato sauce, aromatic basil and mild mozzarella.

Preparation for 12.3 oz (350g) ground meat, 3.38 fl. oz (100ml) whipping cream and 4.4 oz (125g) mozzarella:

Flavor the ground meat with salt and pepper and form about 12 small balls and place in a casserole dish.
Stir in content of the bag into 3.4 fl. oz cold water and 3.4 fl. oz whipped cream and pour evenly over the meatballs.
Cut mozzarella into slices and spread them over the meatballs. Bake in a preheated oven at 392° F (with fan 347° F) for about 25 minutes.
