Savory meatballs with creamy tomato sauce, aromatic basil and mild mozzarella.
Preparation for 12.3 oz (350g) ground meat, 3.38 fl. oz (100ml) whipping cream and 4.4 oz (125g) mozzarella:
- Flavor the ground meat with salt and pepper and form about 12 small balls and place in a casserole dish.
- Stir in content of the bag into 3.4 fl. oz cold water and 3.4 fl. oz whipped cream and pour evenly over the meatballs.
- Cut mozzarella into slices and spread them over the meatballs. Bake in a preheated oven at 392° F (with fan 347° F) for about 25 minutes.
