Without marinate! Enjoy a juicy braised beef in a sauce of tomatoes, celery and bay leaves.
You need 17.6 oz (500g) beef (for example from the thigh):
- Roast the beef gently in some hot oil.
- Add 16.9 fl.oz (0.5L) of water, bring it to boil and agitate the content of the package.
- Cover it up and let it braise with low heat for 1.5 hours. Agitate it from time to time. Turn over the meat after half of the cooking time. Cut the meat in slices and let them briefly simmer in the sauce
