The Schnitzel classic: fresh mushrooms, bacon, onions and parsley composed to a spicy, savory sauce.
Preparation for 3 pork, turkey or veal cutlets (each 5.3 oz) and 8.82 oz (250g) mushrooms (fresh or canned):
- Roast the cutlets in some hot oil, take out and keep warm.
- Clean mushrooms, cut into slices (or let drain) and roast briefly in cooking fat.
- Pour on 8.5 fl. oz (250 ml) cold water and stir in content of the bag. While stirring, bring to a boil and cook 1 minute. Add cutlets and reheat in the sauce.
- NO flavor enhancing food additives
- NO colors
