The roast meat taste every day. Juicy braised meat in a sauce of onions, bay leaf and thyme.
Preparation for 17.6 oz of beef, venison or lamb meat (eg from the thigh):
- Roast the meat gently in some hot oil all around.
- Pour on 16.9 fl. oz (500 ml) water, stir in content of the bag and bring to a boil.
- Covered up and braise the meat on low heat for about 1.5 h. Turn over the meat after half of the cooking time. Pour on a little water if needed.
- NO flavor enhancing food additives
- NO colors
- NO preserving agents (according to law)
