Finished breading. Preparation for 3 veal, pork or turkey cutlets (each 5.3 oz):
- Place content of the bag on a flat dish. Cutlets moisten well with cold water.
- Put cutlets in the breading and press it well, turn over and press it well again.
- Roast gently in plenty hot oil and on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
