Regular: FedEx Economy Shipping 3 and 5 business days to the US & Canada.

Economy: Small, uninsured packages, no tracking - shipping time is between 8 and 24 business days.

Currently we are shipping to the following countries: Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Cuba, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Phillippines, Russian Federation, South Africa, Thailand, United Arab Emirates and the USA. More countries are planned, but we do not know an exact date at the moment. Future shipping to other countries will also depend on demand for such service.

You will receive a receipt for every order.  

If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days after receipt. The shipping costs for return items are paid by the customers. Please note that we only will take back articles that are unopended and in their original package. We can also only take back articles that have not reached their expiration date.

If there is any damage to the articles you received, please document this with photos. Please go to the nearest post or FedEx office and declare the damage with this photos.

We charge no packaging and handling fees. Please note that the dollar price for shipping depends on the actual exchange rate. The correct shipping charge is showed in the checkout process at the end of the order process.
