What I have to do to place an order?
Ordering in our shop is quite easy. You either could search in our categories of German food and products or you also can use the search function in the upper right corner. When you found a product you are interested in, you can see some more details about it by clicking on it. If you want to buy the product you can add it to your shopping cart.
If you are ready to order the products you selected, just click on "shopping cart". If you are already a registered customer you can log in to your account or if you a new customer, you can create a new account. You will now leaded through the order process.
At the end of the order process you will be forwarded to the Paypal payment website – this could last a little time, please be patient. You will be connected to Paypal through a secure connection. You now can pay for your order – either you could choose credit card by using the guest payment option or you could use your existing Paypal account.
What methods of payment I have?
Currently we do only accept payments by Paypal or credit card. To use your credit card, please choose "guest payment" on the Paypal payment website. Now you can use your credit card as normal without registering with Paypal.
In which countries GermanShop24.com does ship?
Currently we do ship to 16 different countries and within Europe. If you wish shipping to a different country, please contact us. We ship to the following countries:

- United States
Only customers from these countries are able to register with us.
From where does GermanShop24.com ship?
Currently we are shipping all orders directly from Germany. The regular FedEx shipping time is between 4 and 10 business days.Shipping as a small package with DHL/ German Post last between 8 and 24 business days.
Where does Germanshop24.com get the products from?
We purchase all our German food, groceries and products at wholesale. So all products are very fresh and you can store them for a long time.
How long does the processing and shipping of my order take?
The process time for your order normally take 1-3 business days (no weekend or public holiday) for all products which are in stock. For products we have to order from our distributor, the processing lasts longer. In some rare cases, also the processing of orders only containing products which are in stock, could last longer than usual.
Is there a minimum order value?
No. We do not have any minimum order value, but by using coupons it is possible that there is a minimum order value. This information is provided together with the coupon. There is also no handling fee!
How much are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are depending on the kind of shipping and on the weight of the package. In general, orders with 2kg (4.4lb) or less could be shipped as small, uninsured packages. This is a cheap alternative to the expensive regular packages. In the shipping section of our website you will find more details regarding the shipping costs.
Are there tracking numbers available?
For small packages with the weight of 2kg (4.4lb) or less there are no tracking numbers available. During the order process you could choose if you want your order shipped as a regular package or as a small uninsured package. For regular packages there are always tracking numbers available.
How long does shipping take?
The regular FedEx shipping time is between 4 and 10 business days (without weekends and public holidays). Shipping by DHL small packages takes between 8 and 24 business days. In some cases shipping could last a little bit longer, for example when CBP needs more time for processing the package. Especially before Christmas and Easter, shipping lasts longer than usual.
Which shipper does GermanShop24.com use?
We ship all packages with FedEx and DHL/ German Post. Within the US, the packages will be delivered by FedEx and USPS. Before checkout, you have the option to choose a shipping method.
My order arrived in demaged condition – what should I do?
For the rare case that your order arrived demaged or not completely, please document the this by taking some photos. Please go with these pictures or the demaged package to your local USPS post office. There you will find forms to report a demaged package to USPS. For further questions about this topic, please contact USPS directly.
I cannot find a specific product – what should I do?
If you are looking for a product you cannot find in our shop, please contact us by using the Live-Support or just write us an email. If we can get the product for you, we will add it to our shop.
Are personal data secure?
We do not pass your personal data to third parties. All collected data are only for processing your order. You can let delete and erase all your personal date from us at any time. Just send us an email for deleting your data.
