Good time to order chocolate & other heat sensitive products

 Since the outside temperatures are low in the US and in Germany, this time of the year is perfect for ordering German chocolate and other chocolate related German food products. If you intend to place an order soon, you may consider to order some more chocolates before the outside temperatures are rising in April and May. Some other products which may also contain chocolate are baking mixtures from Dr. Oetker, Bahlsen & Griesson cookies, crispy M&M's and some other baking ingriedents from RUF and Dr. Oetker as well.
Of cause, it is also a good time to order products with a low heat sensibility, such as gummi candy and fruit gums, for example from Haribo and Katjes. You will find the heat sensibility indicator for every product on the product information page. If you have any questions regarding the heat sensibility of our German food and the other products we offer, please do not hesitate to contact us.  We wish our customers a Very Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. Enjoy this time of the year with your family and friends and maybe share some goodies from Germany with them. We hope most of the packages ordered as Christmas gifts arrived in time, but we know that there are still delays in shipping. All packages which arrived not yet, should show up within the next few days.
Shipping times will getting much shorter in the next few weeks, since the amount of international packages will be much lower than during the Holiday season. At the middle of January, all packages should arrive in their average time.
We hope you had a wonderful year and you were satisfied with our German food and products you ordered from us. If you have some favorite products, you are welcome to write a short review about them in our shop system.

German Food for 12 Countries more

 Great news for customers in 12 countries: We now also ship our German food and German products also to the following countries: Brazil, Chile, China, Colombia, Cuba, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Phillippines, Russian Federation, South Africa and Thailand. As carrier for our packages we will use DHL/ German Post. The rates are divided in 3 steps: up to 5kg, up to 10kg and up to 20kg. If there will be enough order from the new countries we will also offer our Small Package Premium Service to these countries. However, if you ordering grocery products from a country listed above, please try to reach the maximum weight of the package, so you will get the best shipping rates. (For example: Shipping rates of 3kg food products is the same as shipping 5kg).
If you do live in a country where our typical German foods are not available yet, please send us an email. We will consider to your country as well. |

 In Germany with the first Advent the yearly Christmas time begins. All over the country, people lit the first of 4 candles placed on an Adventskranz. Most of them spending the day with their family and friend. Also drinking coffee or tea and eating some Stollen belongs to this tradition.
We hope you also could enjoy the first Advent with your friends or family whereever you are in the world, maybe along with some typical German food and goodies from our shop. Please note, that Christmas products in our shop only available for a short time. Most are available until the second week of December, but it is also possible that some items are sold out earlier. So do not wait to long to order your authentic German Christmas products and food items.
